Mr. Yanci is shareholder and member of the Investment Committee of ProA Capital de Inversiones SGECR, SA.

Prior to joining ProA Capital in April 2008, Mr. Yanci worked as Principal at Mercapital and Member of its Executive Committee.

Over the duration of his tenure at Marcapital, Mr. Yanci was on the Board of Directors of USP Hospitals, Holmes Place Iberia, O2 Wellness, System and KA International.

Mr. Yanci received a degree in Business Administration and Economics in ICADE – Universidad Pontificia Comillas has a Law degree for UNED and received a M.B.A. from INSEAD; He speaks Spanish and English.
