Carlos Gordillo Cruz

Mr. Gordillo is founding shareholder and member of the Investment Committee of ProA Capital de Inversiones SGECR, SA.

Prior to founding ProA Capital, Mr. Gordillo worked at Nmás1 Private Equity from June 2005 to May 2007, where he was a Principal, where was on the Board of Directors at Cristher.

Prior to joining Nmás1, Mr. Gordillo worked in the Corporate Finance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Madrid, where he was responsible for food and beverage companies operating in the middle market. Prior to PwC, Mr. Gordillo worked in the Equity Capital Markets department of Santander, contributing to the successful completion of the IPO of the Spanish retail bank Banesto and a block trade of Red Electrica.

Mr. Gordillo received a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master in Financial Markets from I.E.B., Madrid. Mr. Gordillo also holds an MBA from Instituto de Empresa. He speaks Spanish and English.
